I teach regular weekly yoga classes in the heart of Tunbridge Wells. Yoga & wellness workshops, Menopause yoga workshops and Yoga & ecstatic Dance Sessions. I also run retreats abroad and in the UK. My approach is down to earth, friendly and relaxed. There are always lots of smiles and laughter in my sessions.

Why yoga?
My aim is to offer a mix of ancient teachings and modern evidence based practices. Working with the body, breath and brain we can support our life experience. We can feel vital, strong and focused when we need to as well as calm, clear and relaxed. Through yoga and embodiment we hone our ability to listen in to ourselves and develop skills to build resilience both inside and out.
